How are Mansoft’s Managed Services different?

No IT system is better than the service that comes with it. While there are many providers of Managed Services on the market, a lot of buyers find that the results unfortunately do not live up to their expectations.

When Mansoft assumes responsibility for your IT infrastructure and support, you can expect the following:

  • A short tie-in period. We believe that any collaboration on all or part of the operation must be voluntary. We stick to our agreement and don’t tie you up in long-term contracts that are difficult to get out of.
  • No extra invoices unless a task is outside the existing agreement. Naturally, we will discuss this with you first, and we won’t send anything that we haven’t agreed on.
