It’s easy to get lost in buttons, scripts, abbreviations and commands when working with IT. Although we naturally also love to “nerd out”, we are even more passionate about creating value for our customers by offering advice, consulting services and software products within endpoint management, the modern workplace, cloud services, infrastructure projects, IT operations and IT security.

We are here to make the complex simple and the rigid more flexible. After all, that is what helps our customers create value – in relation to both everyday life and long-term business development.

For us, IT is also about people and relationships. That is why we really concentrate on recruiting the right consultants and providing them with ongoing training to ensure that their technical expertise, professional knowledge, and experience are completely up to date in relation to the ever-changing world of IT. This creates real relationships and real trust.

And speaking of relationships, we also believe that our most valuable goal is the long-term relationships we form with our customers – which is why we emphasise flexibility, presence and being accommodating as our most important values.


We have our own permanent staff and have built up a team of employees who have acquired broad and deep knowledge in a wide range of fields over the many years they have worked for us.

As a minimum, our specialists are all certified in selected products and process-oriented areas.

We follow up on our consultants’ qualifications and services on an ongoing basis and carry out periodic quality checks to guarantee your and the consultant’s satisfaction.

The majority of our IT consultants are certified in one or more Microsoft products, and are therefore MCPs, MCSAs or MCSEs. We have assisted a large number of Danish Top 250 companies in the private and public sector.

Our quality assurance concept aims to guarantee a high standard of services we provide to our customers and to ensure the correct match between the consultant profile, the customer and the task.

By default, our IT consultants are always presented to the customer in person so that the content of the task and the consultant’s ability to solve the task can be assessed by both the customer and the consultant. At the same time, both parties have the opportunity to assess whether their personal qualities are a good match.

A collaboration with the customer involves three parties: the customer, Mansoft A/S and the consultant. To ensure that everyone gets the most out of the collaboration, we continuously follow up on the quality of the collaboration with both the customer and the consultant in order to ensure that they are both satisfied and that any challenges can be addressed.
