Do you thrive on helping others and want to be the local IT Supporter for a global company? At L’Oréal’s office in Finland, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day support and play a key role in keeping things running smoothly.

Mansoft is an IT consultancy with over 100 consultants. Since 2004, we have assisted both private and public clients with support, operations, and implementation of Microsoft products.

Our strong track record in delivering exceptional 1st and 2nd level support has led several clients to outsource their internal IT support to us.

Eight years ago, L’Oréal chose to do exactly that – and today, we are responsible for their Nordic IT support across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland. Our current IT Supporter in Espoo (Keilaranta 13a) is leaving to pursue further studies. We’re now looking for a new IT Supporter to take over responsibility for 1st and 2nd level support at L’Oréal’s Finnish office.


The Role

As the primary IT Supporter, you will be responsible for all local support (walk-ins, phone, onsite) while actively collaborating with your Nordic colleagues on joint tasks and projects.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting applications and operating systems
  • Preparing, installing, and troubleshooting workstations
  • Configuring and supporting printers
  • Supporting mobile devices(iOS/Android)
  • Setting up and maintaining meeting room equipment
  • Configuring and troubleshooting local networks
  • Managing user accounts and permissions
  • Handling asset inventory and lifecycle
  • Providing VIP support
  • Training end users (1:1 and group sessions)

Your Experience

You bring a relevant IT education and at least 3 years of hands-on experience within similar support roles. You’re confident working with the following technologies:

  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft 365
  • Windows 10/11
  • ServiceNow or similar service desk tool
  • Intune/Jamf
  • OS/iOS

You must be fluent in Finnish (spoken and written) and possess strong English communication skills, as you'll support both the local office and other Nordic users.
